Stripe takes your card details at sign-up but nothing is charged until day 14 — cancel before then and you pay nothing. Cancel any time from Team settings, no phone calls, no retention flow.

The honest small print

How does the free trial work?
You get full Pro access for 14 days from sign-up. Stripe takes your card details at checkout but makes no charge until the trial ends. Cancel from Team settings any time before day 14 and you pay nothing at all — no partial charges, no quibbling.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
Nothing is deleted. The stock system becomes read-only: you can still sign in, see everything and export every table to CSV. Subscribe again and it picks up where it left off.
What if a payment fails?
You get a seven-day grace period with everything working and a banner asking you to sort the card. After that the stock system goes read-only until the payment goes through.
How do I cancel or change plan?
Team settings → Manage subscription opens Stripe's secure portal, where you can switch between monthly and yearly, update the card, download invoices or cancel. We never see your card details.
Does the free till stay free?
Yes. The till has no account and touches none of this — it keeps working exactly as it always has, whether or not you ever look at Pro.
